sell. Buyers love them. If you're selling your home yourself, take a

the Internet, in brochures, and on bulletin board ads.

rooms look small). Be sure to use photos that include as many
attractive features as possible -- a fireplace, windows with a view, an
attractive kitchen island, a deck, a pretty garden or pool.
