Marketing Plan 1. Place your property on the Regional Multiple Listing Service. 2. Arrange high resolution photography for your property. 3. Prepare property fliers, ready for distribution, in approximately three business days of initiating marketing plan. 4. Prepare a customized marketing program which may include advertising in local, newspapers and/or magazines (Real Estate Weekly) on a scheduled basis. 6. Hold an Open House to assure maximum exposure to the area's finest REALTORS®. On an agreed upon basis, hold open houses with corresponding ads in the Jacksonville's largest newspaper, and announcements on our website, nuagerealestate.net. 11. Attract more home buyers through Television and National Direct Advertising... providing name recognition and high-level exposure when applicable, requested or warranted. 12. Secure prospective purchasers for your property through our affiliation with Cartus (Cendant) Mobility Services, the largest Relocation Network in the World, handling 70% of the Fortune 500 Company moves and 50% of its National Relocations. 13. When applicable, your property flyer, video, photos, Broker's Open Houses and Open House information will be sent to the top 250 Agents in the Master Brokers Forum, national & international agents, and buyer's through nuagerealestate.net newsletter. 14.
