If you are
on this page then you are
planning on selling property in Florida more
specifically either in Port St Lucie, Fort Pierce
(St Lucie county or Brevard county) or the surrounding
areas. Perhaps you are upgrading to a larger
house, condominium, or mobile home. Perhaps
you are selling your property in order to acquire a
smaller one. You may have decided to get out
of "home ownership" at this time because
of the market and
news affecting
your investment or perhaps you are contemplating renting
for a while. Whatever your reasons for selling
your real estate we are here to help you with the selling process.
Now let us
take a moment and mention some of the reasons why
many stay in central Florida, move into our area, and
buy real estate in this central coastal area of the state.
Florida's
geography and climate work together to provide
pleasant surroundings for retirees, new families, or
anyone looking for fun under the sun. It
should not come as a surprise that Florida and
specifically Central/Mid Florida (Vero Beach,
Port St Lucie and surrounding areas) have become
popular places to vacation, to move into the area
and finally for some a great area to retire.
The mild climate zone allows flowers and greenery to
thrive even in midwinter and encourage year round
outdoor activities. Winter in Vero Beach, Port
St Lucie, Fort Pierce are a little warmer
than southern Georgia and Alabama. During the
summer humidity may be high in some parts of Florida
but there is almost always a breeze, air pollution
is virtually nonexistent and temperatures rarely for
above the mid-90s on the hottest days anywhere in
the state.
Another
feature of Florida that attracts visitors and new
people in the the area is that no part of the state
is far from the water and the state offers many fine
beaches to the locals and visitors alike.
As you
travel south from Georgia border, Turtle Creek and
Walton Rocks are the best fishing areas that welcomes you into the area.
Jensen
Beach and Stuart Beach are the main public beaches,
with a wealth of other free, twenty-four-hour-access
parking area between and beyond.
St Lucie
Inlet State Preserve and the Hobe Sound National
Wildlife Refuge have waters 1.5 miles out to sea,
which contain the best shallow reef diving in the
area. Close by is Jupiter Island, the
wealthiest community in the United States.
Located at the south of Jupiter Island is Coral Cove
Beach the only free public beach on the south end of
the Island. Nearby is the Jupiter Lighthouse,
a venerable structure wall worth the visit.
