Agent Commission Programs

Hired agents will place their license with NU Age Realty Inc. (the broker), and all agents will work from their home.  Agents will call in to NU Age Realty to notify status of a contracts and they will fax in all contracts.  Original contracts to be mailed in and customer files will be created as required by the law.  Any agent can periodically visit with the broker to sign documents and for routine business as necessary.  Agents are encouraged to supply their own computers and all agents supply their own forms, business cards, stationary, cell phones, etc.

Agents receive 90% of the commission for both un-experienced agents and experienced agents.   Any due commission will be paid to the agent directly from the closing of a transaction, minus a $75.00 fee for Real Estate E&O (errors and omissions) insurance, on each transaction, unless the agent provides proof of having their personal E&O insurance.
